Bonjour,
August 31,2010 marked Malaysia's 53rd Independence Day. Even more special,it marked the commencement of an independent living for me. All of a sudden,my life took a 180 degrees turn in the oven;a lot more responsibility in the household section that is.
Kitchen-a place to love and cook with wild abandon. "Cook from the heart,mind,and soul"-Chibi.
Day 1: Chibi's menu
-Salmon fritters
-Pattaya fried rice with fried anchovies
-Fruit smoothie
Successful:Check;Edible:Check;Deli-o-meter: 5/10
Note:Chef Chibi still has a long way to go.Add in a cup of determination and a plate full of motivation,and she's set to roll.
